I was inspired several years ago to give back to the community I have lived my whole life in, so I ran for RTM. Two full terms later, I have the same goal as before; to preserve the character of the town I grew up in by helping to shape the inevitable changes that must occur. I believe I am uniquely qualified to do this. I have a lifetime of experience living in town, 36 years of experience as a public school teacher, 30+ years working for the Fairfield Recreation Department and 2 terms served on the RTM with a 90+% attendance/voting record. I have been redistricted from District 6 to 7, so I hope the residents in District 7 will give me the same opportunity as the residents of District 6 did.
